You do not even want to know the nightmare this company put us thru. We chose this place because of their excellent review, but our personal experience was a disaster. We were lied to, ignored, and ultimately lost our ability to build our home because of their lack of honest communication. Some people have had good experiencs with OnQ, but we did not. Think carefully and explore all options before going with OnQ.

This place is irresponsible with peoples money, time and value. They will literally take all of your money and do absolutely nothing about trying to get you in a home. They will not respond in a timely manner or at all in our case. Please do not under any circumstances waste your money or time on these people. If I could leave a 0 star I would.

On Q was amazing to work with on the purchase of my very first home! I had heard horror stories of people having issues closing on their house. but mine was a breeze. They took the time to answer my many questions and made it super easy to get them the documentation they needed. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Started out this process as a first time home buyer, having no clue how the process worked. Got in touch with On Q Financial who took me in as a walk-in and immediately sat down with me to discuss our situation. I was paired with Mortgage Consultant Zach G., who went over the process, finances, and credit score I would need to purchase our place. As we were a young family still building credit, needed a little more finances than what we had available and also had a small amount of debt to work on, we left to do just that, work on it! I came back 12 months later, having corrected the issues and we got the process rolling again with On Q! I was again paired with MC Zach. Zach helped us step by step through the process and made all the complicated parts of home buying easy to understand and gave clear direction how to best accomplish each step! In the end we approved for our mortgage(with a low down payment and an excellent interest rate), and now live in our newly bought home! My own personal bank(a big name) took 2 weeks to even respond with someone who could talk to me about a mortgage. I had already begun the process with On Q and am I ever grateful I did! Thank you On Q Financial!

Thank you to Shane and Mark and the rest of The Miller Team at On Q Financial. You guys were great to work with. And I'm totally amazed how fast things happened. I know that we started off with a bit of a deficit of time because of the seller's situation (72 hours to decide if she'd accept my offer). And when the closing date was set initially, my realtor and I never accounted for the Memorial Day holiday occurring in that time frame. So the fact that you guys got it all together, with the loss of those unexpected 4 days, is a testimony to your commitment to get things completed no matter what obstacle you faced. Based on the tone and inflection of whoever I was speaking with, I always imagined a smiling face on the other end of the phone. You guys were always positive and encouraging. I WILL pass your name out to my friends.
