Never an unpleasant time there and staff is always available and helpful.

Every other time that I come to this place there is something going on. Some of the crew are very friendly and nice others has nasty attitudes. I came on a Sunday which on their website says closes at 5:00 p.m. however I show up in the doors are locked I tap on the door and hand gestured are y'all closed to one of the staff members who told me that they closed at 1:00. However that is not what the website says and maybe they need to update it because I just drove 45 minutes away to donate plasma. If I had the gas money to just run out I wouldn't be coming here donating plasma.

Wasted 2 hours of my time standing in line to only be deferred for my pulse being 1 point too high. So 2 hours wasted with nothing show for it. Doubt I will be coming back.

The worst service I have ever experienced. The employees walk around like they dont want to do their job and you end up being in there for almost 3 hours. There are a few good workers but majority of them act like they dont want to be there.

CSl is not the place to go some of the staff is very rude. And half of them dont know how to stick you correctly. And for a fact many of employees has left this CSl due to the co-workers nasty attitudes. Biomat in Clemson SC is the best one to go to and youll get your moneys worth.
