This place let me come 50 mins and then only looked at my car.I wanted to trade it in. I had already explained everything and what I was trying to do. They didnt even let me test drive or look at a car or even try to help me in anyway!! A big waste of time!!!

I purchased a new car for the first time last week here, the 2024 honda CRV hybrid and let me tell you: IT IS AMAZING AND I LOVE IT. However, if it weren't for Ron Spaulding and Scott, I likely would not have given this car a chance. Ron spent plenty of time with me to figure out as a first time buyer which car would be the best fit for me and my needs. He is incredibly knowledgable and was able to answer every single one of my questions. Ron Spaulding is personable, funny, and so helpful. He has already called me to make sure I am enjoying my new car and to see how I am doing. I would also like to point out that he stayed at work late for me THREE DAYS IN A ROW to make sure all my needs were met, accommodating my work schedule. Thank you Ron and Scott for being so great and helping me purchase my first new car. You were wonderful and I LOVE my hybrid CRV!!

Warning: Do not buy from here. Nathan Moore sold me a supposed 'bumper to bumper' warranty without mentioning it wasn't actually comprehensive, and it had a $500 deductible. He also neglected to include the maintenance contract in my paperwork, which I only discovered when I needed it a few weeks later. Kevin,one of the many mid-manager, was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in providing proper customer service. Instead of assisting me, he wasted my time, appearing more concerned with other tasks, like moving a cooler around. When I asked for the vehicle inspection report due to some issues, including a check engine light that appeared within 2 weeks, Kevin claimed they don't do them, which raised a huge red flag. Another problem arose when I didn't receive my bank statement. Upon inquiry, I found out that Nathan forgot to send the necessary paperwork to the bank, resulting in a 20-day delay in processing my payment. As a result, my payment was late and not reflected on my statement. Charles, a different manager, refused to help me rectify the situation, using the excuse that the staff I previously dealt with were not available and that the current employees were busy, despite the dealership being empty on a Monday evening. After requesting multiple times for just 5 minutes with a finance representative, Charles rudely dismissed me, claiming they were too busy. However, when I asked about the General Manager's availability, he quickly found a finance manager within 2 minutes. The finance manager, Angela, whom I spoke to, showed some concern, although she couldn't ultimately assist me. Returning to Nathan, when I emailed him to request the payment be sent to the bank, he initially brushed it off as my mistake. Only when I provided evidence that my balance matched the loan I took out, did he promise to investigate the issue, but it has been a week and I'm still waiting for a resolution.
