This is a Family owned and operated business - the whole family is involved. They are all wonderful! Mr Alberto teaches the kids in a way that they easily understand what hes trying to teach. He is incredibly patient and he makes sure ALL of the kids fully understand the moves. His two sons help teach and theyre both very helpful. His wife runs the business. Mr Alberto focuses the classes on how to avoid physical violence, not how to hurt other kids. My son has been here for a year and he loves going to class. There are alot of BJJ schools popping up here, I doubt any of their teachers earned their black belts from The Gracie family (you know, the family THAT INVENTED BJJ) Your child is in good hands with Miloki.

Ive been going to Miloki Flow for four months now. Alberto is a tremendous and patient instructor. Im incredibly happy with the level of instruction Im getting, and the environment Im getting it in. Alberto and family run a phenomenal place to learn. This place is great for kids and adults.
