    Staff was rude and rooms were not clean. This lady (pictured below) was unprofessional and not accommodating. There was a random person or staff sleeping in the lobby for several hours one morning and two of the days we were we did not have enough hot water to take a shower.

    The Rooms were too small and smelled musty, the food was old and tasteless, the breaker was tripped and we lost power for awhile in our room. The staff were not personal and welcoming, and didn't contribute anything to make our stay better. And at breakfast a worker was going around trying to get people to become members, it was unprofessional, not respectful to people that just wanted to drink their coffee and eat their food in peace. Not a great experience, and NOT a great hotel

    First, the room smelled like dog. They shampooed the carpet to resolve that issue. Shampooing the carpet should be the practice whenever a dog stays in the room. Secondly, they need to check the rooms for bugs. I left with multiple big bites. Please check room 129 for bed bugs. Lastly, the breakfast is not what it used to be. Such a shame to see the decline in this property. This used to be one of the best places to stay in the area.

    The reason for the three on room is. Inconsistent temperature on a very cold night. Having to get down on my knees to tighten the Very, losses toilet set so wife could use. An In efficient cleaning supplies in the shower.
