What a great company! We couldn't be more pleased with our experience or with the outcome of our floor tile installation!! Our sales person (Allison) was so helpful, but she never pushed anything. The installation crew was cautious, professional, and very meticulous. Way to go Floor Authority!

Be careful doing business with this company and subcontractors be extra careful. They don't take responsibility for any wrong doing and they will blame anyone else working on the job for things that are their fault. Subcontractors don't do business with them unless you want to get sued cause they will gladly name you to take the heat off them. I personally wouldn't want to do business with such a shady company. Get your floors elsewhere!

Great experience! Kyle was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. We receive quotes from three different carpet companies and flooring authority had the best deal by far.
