Hilton Garden Inn Myrtle Beach/Coastal Grand Mall

Excellent stay from check in to check out. Hotel has a heated pool, laundry facility, dining facility within, the airport is a 5 minute drive and hotel provides an airport shuttle service. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. Very nice hotel with several retail spaces nearby. We had a delicious breakfast cooked to order (fee) before our morning flight. We'll definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Quite a bit of airport noise and some kind of construction noise. Food & drinks: Next door to a mall and restaurants.

April 2024. Came for a friend's wedding on a in- out so just needed a room for the night. Booking was simple, did online check-in the night before my travels. While on the plane, I discovered there was am issue and I couldn't check in. I called to figure out the error since I paid in an advance. I was met with such rude customer service I told her I wasn't going to deal with it over the room and hung up . It bothered me so much I called back wanting a Manger a second person answer she politely told me there was no manager. She address my initial reason for calling saying SC doesn't allow for online check ins. As well as my inquiry bout the shuttle. There was a miscommunication with the shuttle, I was told it wasn't running but the driver was told to pick me up. I ended up taking a lyft. The renovations are gorgeous, rooms are nice, a little too thin. I could hear the teenage spring break drama unfolding next door along with their taste in music at 130 am. In the morning I had a last minute meeting scheduled, so I called the front desk again another front desk employee was rude didn't even let me finish my sentence to let me know he was at his max capacity to give late check outs. I used the business center but due to renovations, my client heard all the noises and made me seem unprofessional. Probably won't stay at this location until they deal with the staffing
