        Joseph and his team at Guarenteed rate are fabulous! Elizabeth and Michele were so helpful along the process.We were set to close on the 30th and we were happy with that. However they were able to get this wrapped up in 18 days and we got in before Thanksgiving.

For these reasons we absolutely & wholeheartedly recommend Joseph and his talented team (each handoff at every stage of the process was just great). Its a 5 star experience for sure.
