This is my second time buying a house with David Miller as my realtor, and if I decide to sell the first house I will be calling David again. I love his professionalism and patience, especially when I was a first time buyer who had always lived in apartments and had no idea what I should be looking at in a house. He always pointed out the good and bad aspects of every house we looked at, and I never felt like I was being pressured to make a hasty decision. David introduced me to Christian on a conference call, and Christian has been invaluable handling the administrative details that might fall through the cracks like making sure I knew when the inspection was, and that I had the correct time for the closing (someone sent me the wrong time in an email). A week after closing I'm still in regular contact with him, getting the names of cleaning services, locksmiths, and exterminators. I can't imagine using any other company than Shannon Rollings Real Estate for buying/selling property in Aiken.

Good Real Estate company, they did the thing that most say they do which is take the stress from buying a home. The realtor agent I worked with was great and persistent on finding the right home. Then the loan work was done even better, and they even handle dealing with the seller really well. Overall great experience was able to focus on my regular day life while searching for a home. Also got a free moving whoop whoop
