Universal Marble & Granite

Very nice people working here and also a great selection of countertops to choose from! I visited the location and selected multiple countertop designs that I liked. I was told that they were busy working a big countertop project but that I would be contacted within a week or two to discuss next steps (quote, etc.). After not hearing back from them, I called them about 2 weeks later - this time I was told that I should expect to hear back from them within a week. Well, that was about 5 weeks ago, and I haven't heard back from them yet :-) Of course, I decided to reach out to other installers for my job. I can't comment on the quality of their work as I did not get to that point. I can only say that it seems that they can get pretty busy with jobs at times, and you may have some trouble communicating with them as a result. But again, they do seem to be very nice people!

Universal Marble and Granite is top notch. Selection is done at their site along with cutting and finishing your selection. They have the best turn around time. Communication and customer service are excellent.

First of all, I am particular and difficult to please. That being said, Ive had the very best experience with Universal Marble&Granite. They stand heads and shoulders above any company Ive dealt with in 40 years. They have done stone countertops in our master bath and kitchen: professional, friendly, attention to detail and the best prices. Greg is knowledgeable and helpful. His installers are artists: my boldly patterned stones were perfectly matched at all seams. They even moved some furniture on their way out. I wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars and strongly recommend Universal to anyone who appreciates great work at a great price!
