This was my first nail salon experience ever and I went to get a manicure and gel polish as a reward for breaking my nail biting habit and keep them from breaking as they grew. I was told that the nail dip would be a better choice and I didn't have any frame of reference for what it should normally look like. I know I didn't have much nail to work with, but the results are really frustrating. My nails are super lumpy, have chunks of the dip material missing, and there are many spots that were missed entirely. It looks like someone glued on pieces of plastic that don't fit the shape of my fingers (I did not get any tips on my nails). I can still see the nail polish I had on previously in the corners of my nail. I paid 67 dollars for a brand new problem. Is this the way that dip manicures are supposed to look? Because I don't understand why anyone would pay to have this done. I wasn't sure how to even respond and wasn't sure if this could have been fixed in any way other than starting over. My nails are so incredibly thin and fragile and now I am afraid they will be really damaged if I attempt to get this fixed.

This place is a solid choice. The price for a basic pedicure was fair, and the technician did a thorough job cleaning and buffing my feet. The polish selection wasn't massive, but I found a nice neutral shade that worked well."
