This is the third time I've been to this store. I thought maybe the third time would be the charm. Not so! The people at this store are not helpful, unfriendly, and down right rude. For example, 3 employees at registers, only 1 with a customer. I made eye contact with one gentleman and asked "are you open for checkout" and he ignored me and turned his head and looked at the young woman at the register next to him (as he leaned on his elbows seeming twiddling his thumbs). The young lady he looked to finally made eye contact with me and I asked her the same question "are you open for checkout" and she reluctantly mumbled something under her breath and eventually motioned for me to come over after rolling her eyes at me. Her attitude while ringing up my purchase was horrific. Now this isn't the first terrible experience I've had here. All three times I've been to this location have been unpleasant. Once I got home I realized I forgot something but I decided I will NEVER go back there again. NEVER! Just down the road is an Advance Auto Parts store and I went there and had a much better experience. My review of that place is coming up next. I do not like giving bad reviews and I'm terribly sorry I had to give such a critical review to this AutoZone store but I believe it's fair and I hope it helps others make a decision about shopping there.
