My husband signed up for 4 sessions a month. Went to his last session to sign cancellation paperwork as he was going away on a deployment and wouldn't be able to use the membership. My husband signed the required paperwork and was told that it would be filed - nothing to worry about. 6 months later, returning from deployment where no bills or internet to check statements exist, the cancellation was never filed and was charged the full $70/month. He has called the office and can confirm the last visit to the office was 6 months ago but they cannot find his cancellation paperwork (shocker). Per the policy they cannot offer refunds of any kind but can "kindly" offer the services he was already wrongfully charged for - absolute bare minimum offering. All of this to say - having a policy indicating no refunds of any kind no matter the circumstance automatically sets customers up to be mischarged with no backlash to the employees that do not process the paperwork correctly. The lack of customer service is truly astonishing. So much for a pro-military office that boasts its customer service! AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want to have a never ending membership no matter what paperwork you sign!

I absolutely love this location. The doctors are not only knowledgeable but friendly. The front desk staff is courteous about and full of smiles. It is clear that everyone likes to come to work and enjoys what they do. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location! The Drs and staff are very nice and knowledgeable. I feel so much better after every visit. Weekly visits have made a huge change in my daily life.
