I looked at several different companies to have our master bedroom done and by far Affordable Custom Closets was the best price, service, and the outcome was AMAZING! They were so good we had the Master done in our current house and our old house which made it sell that much faster!!

Great customer service!!! We had Affordable Custom Closets install all of our closet systems back in 2015 . We have been very pleased with the quality of the materials and the installation. We recently had a small problem with the glider systems for the drawers in one of our closets. I sent an email through the website I found on line doubtful that I would hear back from anyone about this minor repair needed! I heard from Darrin within 24 hours and he sent Peter out 2 days later to repair our drawers! You just dont get this kind of customer service very often these days! We will certainly use Affordable Custom Closets for all of our closet needs in the future!

From start to finish, Darrin, (the owner) was so easy to work with. He promptly responded to all of my emails (and I sent many). He initially created a design and then I tweaked it, and was great at getting me updated price lists and pictures. You CANNOT beat his prices for custom closets. Peter arrived on time to install our closet. He was very efficient and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this locally owned business. Very happy with Darrin and his team -- they outfitted 3 of our closets in Feb 2020. It's been 3 years and everything is still great. I'm quite meticulous: I mocked up my designs using online software, looked at contractor reviews, narrowed it down to 3 (Darrin, Bella Systems, and ClosetPro, and sent my designs to each. All were great, but Darrin and a competitor had the best pricing. Though slightly limited, Darrin's stock colors were my exact preference; but I was ultimately swayed by his willingness to work with me on incorporating some sleek, steel shoe shelves I found. It's always a risk for a contractor to indulge outside products they're not familiar with, but he agreed. (We did encounter a small snafu, but Darrin resolved it and ate the minor expense. I also contacted him about an issue regarding our drawer slides 3 years post install; he ordered the parts right away and had everything resolved within a week.) In short, I highly recommend Darrin and his team. PS. If you're considering custom closets, really think through what you want in advance. All closet contractors will help you through the consultative process; but you'll have a better outcome if you look through photos online and think about your needs in advance. Consider dimensions, too -- if you're getting drawers, are they as deep as you'd like? Do you want to put anything below or above your closets? Another tip -- if you want to add wallpaper for a two-tone effect, do it before they install. (You can still afterwards, but it's harder.) Services: Room planning, Closet design
