        I understand whether it be state laws or not, or just contractors gouging homeowners that are capable of replacing heat strips but not to be able to purchase heat strips so I can get my house in order is pretty ridiculous. I took the test for the state missed it by two questions because of air balancing wish I went back and tried it again just so I can get parts to fix my air conditioner.
