        We had the unfortunate occurrence of our garage door breaking and our vehicle was trapped inside. I called GDS the evening it happened and within 12 hours the next morning we had everything repaired and back in order. The tech was very quick and polite and I couldn't have had a better experience with this company!

        During a recent storm, my garage door opener took an electrical hit / surge and became inoperable. This of course happened on a weekend but I found Garage Door Services Inc. through a Google search and filled out their online quote request form. First thing Monday morning I was contacted by Claudia and she was very helpful and understanding of my situation. Claudia worked some kind of magic and had me on the schedule for Tuesday. The technician James/Jamie called and said he was ahead of schedule and on his way. In about an hour Jamie had my new opener installed and programmed! Jamie was very professional and efficient! Its hard to find a quality technician, caring customer service, and a reputable company in todays service world, but Jamie, Claudia, and GDS deliver all thats to be expected. I highly recommend GDS and will only use them in the future.
