DPI Duplicating Products Inc.

I recently switch over to DPI for my copier needs and I can not say enough great things about this company. From the first interaction with my sales rep who was more concerned with making sure all the things I wanted in a copier was met then trying to force a sale; to the quick response time when I was in the middle of a print job and the machine wouldn't quit jamming and all the way down to how polite and down to earth the guy who worked on my machine was. DPI may be a smaller company but interacting with their staff makes you feel like you matter to them. I also absolutely love that when I call I don't get a person thousands of miles away in a call center I actually get to speak to someone in their office.

DPI is a great company and we've enjoyed working with them! They have friendly and knowledgeable techs. We are working on switching over our entire contract so they can service all 34 of our machines.

Very disappointed! My company has been without a printer for two weeks, we have been in touch non-stop trying to continue to give them our business to fix/replace our printer despite already being let down and ignored about a simple service call to fix our original printer. Finally we got in touch, the director was the only person to remotely try to help us. After that we were basically told they were not coming, and refused to service our printer! We continued to try to give our business by getting a proposal for a new printer, which we received. At that time they offered a proposal and a temporary machine as a solution, however we declined the temporary machine and requested a new machine before 10/13/23, to have a one and done fix. Which resulted in us being left high and dry and ignored again! It is now 10/17 and despite our multiple calls to this company and being told we would receive a call back. We still have not heard anything from anyone.
