        Rooms: Rooms need some work. Doesn't look like they're reinvesting into their hotel. Food & drinks: Food from Minerva's restaurant didn't quite meet the expectations.

        Place is terrible if you are a working person. The noise level from the pool area will ensure you get zero sleep or relaxation prior to 10-11 pm. I am a Hilton diamond elite member and wanted to try a different place, my apologies to Hilton hotels. I shouldnt have strayed. Wont be staying at Ramkota Hotel in Aberdeen, SD

      Good morning Jason. Thank you for letting me know about your stay. I do apologize we didn't exceed your expectations. We are a weekend leisure hotel and unfortunately it looks like we did assign you to a room that was upstairs next to the pool that closes at 11 pm on the weekends. Thank you for giving us a try, I hope if your ever in the area again you will reconsider. I hope you have a wonderful holiday season.
