Econo Lodge Inn & Suites

Front desk attendant at check in was very nice. Room was not so great. Bathroom was missing tiles on the tub base and had a hole in it. The shower curtain had mold on it. Hallway walls were pealing and had holes in them. Pool was OK. At breakfast the food was very picked over and there was no milk. When we asked about it, we were told, "I guess no milk today." Front desk attended at check out was rude.

Service was out of this world! The Night staff was super helpful and accommodating. Would definitely return

People were in the pool room all night being loud couldnt fall asleep until 11pm when I finally did I was woken up at 3am to the same people still in the pool area. I called the front desk and asked them to get them to leave or at least be quiet. Nothing changed until 5am when I walked to the front desk and asked to have a new room away from the pool room.

I'm very pissed off and extremely displeased with this hotel. When I first checked in last night the young man working the desk was very polite and helpful. I told him I had just moved here for a job and I needed a hotel to live in until I find an apartment but I was told by every hotel in town that they are all booked up for the weekend. He told me there was a room available and they could squeeze me in. I thanked him because I was worried that me and my dog would have to sleep in my car and it's going to be extremely cold this weekend. He explained that if I booked for a whole month I'd get a cheaper rate but I could pay daily if I wanted to. So I paid and checked in and told him I'd think about booking the whole month. So the next morning I went to the desk and talked to a lady claiming to be the manager. According to her everything the guy had told me was wrong and they had no available rooms. Well after I tell her I'm upset she said wait I can fit you in but then she told me I can't pay daily. This was so unprofessional. So they have a room or don't they and now because of their lies me and my dog are stuck living in my car. My job has some kind of a deal with this hotel and I will be letting my job know about the way I was treated.
