        We had a great experience living here for a year. Rent was affordable at $1175 / mo at the time for a spacious 3-BR unit with 2-Baths. The location was perfect. Nice Open Concept rooms. Knocked down a star, because the original management wasn't forthright about telling us that we were to buy professional carpet cleaning before moving out. They have since switched management, but the policy is still in place. For a short 12-mo lease, the $175+ tack on was a bit annoying.
