Patrick was with K. Please see my reply to K. I would direct anyone to see our reviews on VRBO and AIRBNB for an accurate view of our property. The the barbecue grill is not worn out! Worked quite well for 10 guys right after this group left. .there was a complaint about not enough washcloths. When I checked the property after this there were wash clothes in the cabinets that were not even used. Plenty of towels! Many not used after they left. Three people had keys to this property .me, the cleaning lady ,and these people thats it.

To begin with please go to VRBO or Airbnb for accurate reviews on this property.1-5 ratings 5 being the highest we have a 5 rating from dozens of reviews------------This lady had problems from the get go. --- Stated she could not find Steak knives, enough wash cloths, and didn't think there was enough toilet paper. --- Informed her the steak knives were on the kitchen counter in the knife block, that wash cloths were in the bathroom cabinets, and directed her to the store room if they needed more supplies. Stated she could still could not find wash cloths and wanted us to deliver 2 washcloths to property . Informed her we would not do this ( 25 mile round trip ). This prompted a number of complaints from her. One being someone came in to property while they were gone . ( NO )---- She really needed someplace with room service.at that point told her that she could cut up a towel if she could not fins wash cloths. When we went to property after they left there were still wash cloths in cabinets . As to someone coming in while they were gone and leaving a light on and the tv going.--- she did NOT contact me by phone or the rental site on this.. Only people with keys are me, cleaning person, and guests. --- . ---
