We were wow-ed throughout the whole process of changing our construction loan into a mortgage loan with Cory and his PCB crew! They were personable, prompt, and honest, making our transition as seamless as we could have ever imagined. Cory was incredibly helpful! My wife and I were first time home buyers and he really took the time with us to explain everything each step of the way and made us feel incredibly comfortable.
