Great Clips

I have been getting my haircut at this Great Clips since it opened. I've probably seen at least 10 stylists over the years and have always received a quality haircut. All stylists have had pleasant dispositions. Prices are very reasonable. Try to come in early in the morning or late in the evening; there's generally little, if any, wait time.

I'm very disappointed in this locations service and the app. This is not the first time I've been bumped, both in person and on the app. It said 5 minutes on the app so I set the appointment. When I got there they said 15 minutes. That there were two people waiting. When I said it was 5 minutes they said that's just how the system works. I thought I would give this place oneore chance and I did. Now I know not to go there again. The other great clips across the street are more punctual and usually are accurate. They were the wait was too long so I tried this. Now I know not to waste my time.

The store manager keirsten cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and exactly how it needed. A week later and it's still just what I expected . I used a coupon. And everything went smoothly. I'll be going back to this location (gunnbarrel, Publix plaza) for my next cut specifically with Keirsten.
