I've usually never waited more than 10 mins but the wait is pretty decent or rather long. Id say you will wait between 5-10 minutes which is hard on gas and such if going through the drive through. However, the problem for the wait time isnt the staff, the staff are doing the best they can. For instance: In walmart, there is 2 pharmacists who ready the prescriptions, and another 2 who release them to the customers. This is during peak times. In Kroger they are heavily understaffed, not only do they have a drive through to contend with but also the inside of the store as well and get this: They only have 2 people during peak hours, 3 if they are lucky, and generally almost always (At least I never seen more than two, even at peak ours.) 1 pharmacist to count and ready the pills. This means it is twice as hard on this pharmacist to ready and set up prescriptions for others and this isnt an easy task. If you have problems with the store, go to the manager, NOT THE PHARMACY, they have no control over this, and tell the manager to staff an additional pharmacist to ready pills and help with the workload. If the manager refuses, then thats whom you should complain on. A lot of problems people have need to be taken up to management to help improve things, not the people trying to just do their darn job. *I add this to all my reviews, please give it a like if you feel my review is helpful! Apparently the drive thru is a parking spot! We waited in line 15 minutes only to have the pharmacy pull the blind down as I pulled up to the window. I realize it was 8:10 when you finally finished up with her but we had been in line waiting right behind her since 7:55. And forget calling inside while setting there at 7:55 cause you decline it too.

I absolutely LOVE getting hung up on by your technician when Im asking how to transfer my husbands insulin to another pharmacy that actually has it in stock. Its not like my husband NEEDS his insulin to live or anything... Thanks for the superior customer service, per usual, Cookeville Kroger pharmacy.
