From calling to getting a technician to the house was seamless. However, I was disappointed how the technician disconnected, unscrewed, and removed the furnace ignitor but did not reinstall it after discovering it was not defective.

Our family was burning up so we called Arctic. It was such a hot day. The guys (JR and Ray) were super friendly. They arrived on time and went straight to work diagnosing the issue. They were able to secure the parts needed and get them installed. I usually dont, but for folks like me that do not remember to do regular maintenance, they also have a reasonably priced yearly maintenance agreement where they will call and remind you and come and clean out your units and replace any filters. At the end of July our air conditioning was running but not cooling. It was the hottest part of July and we were very uncomfortable. My daughter found Arctic Air so I gave them a call. They came out the next day at the time they said they would be at my home. The technician(Nick) that they sent out was very professional. He took pictures and explained to me what was going on with my system. He told me what options I had and didn't try to force anything on me. I cannot express how pleased I was with the service I received. Our system has been running so well that we have been freezing, which is how we like it. Arctic Air big shout for your great service.
