The UPS Store

I came here for information about a package from UPS and they were completely disrespectful from the beginning telling me that I must not be hearing them . They didnt even look into my issue before handing me off and saying it wasnt their problem. I only wanted to know how the process of packaging is handled by their company but instead was left with complete frustration with their lack of professionalism. These two women need training.

I had a package shipped from another UPS store to this store and apparently its up to the discretion of the local store whether or not theyre going to charge you extra to pick it up because you dont have a mailbox or its not an access point so they charged me 10 bucks to pick up my package. Unnecessary at their discretion. They dont really care about customers.

I had an issue with one of the managers in the store, but the area manager which is the store owner quickly, professionally, and politely handled the situation. First class!

Trash customer services. Poorly trained and unprofessional staffs, Especially the overweighted associate with the yellow cheese stains on his blue ups shirt there name Tyler. Very rude, disrespectful and racist. Unwilling to assist customer and saying I dont help your kind. This guy need to be fired or work at their hub instead of the customer service field. We dont recommended this location to anyone.
