Management is very rude and immature, For anyone either bringing their kid here or trying to get a job here, The lady in charge was very rude to my Fiance and said unnecessary things. Makes sense why they cant hire help.

Our son was enrolled here and we absolutely loved this facility & the staff. The Director has done an amazing job of knowing each family in attendance.

Kindercare has been the best decision I have made for my kids thus far! The facility is vibrant, clean, and fits the needs of every child for their age group and classroom. The cirriculum keeps the kids engaged and always learning. My kids are even teaching me different sign language words as they are developing their own speech. Kirtrell, the director, actively goes out of her way to make me feel heard and noticed as a parent. She listens to my concerns or questions and always has a proper and beneficial solution. She goes out of her way to make my kids feel seen and loved (even though we are years away from being in her class!!). She knows every student and chooses to be a good role model and person for them. Also, even when she is VERY pregnant, she has given every ounce of herself to these kids. Ms. Sharon, Ms. Melinda, Ms. Takoya, and Ms. Caycee have been BEYOND attentive and loving to my kids. I am so appreciative for this school and these women for being who are they are. 10/10 would recommend.

Me and my wife enrolled our twin boys in this day care shortly after moving to Nashville from Knoxville. They started off in the infant room and have been moving their way up ever since. Ms. Kirtrell is such a wonderful woman and is always up front ready to greet me or my wife and our 2 kids. A few mornings my kids have been upset and she wont even hesitate and offer to help. At any point during the day if we feel its necessary to call and check on our kids after a doctors appointment or just curious about medication, she is always extremely sweet and helpful. This woman is pregnant and nearly full term and is STILL the first woman I see in the mornings and the last one we see when we pick up our kids. Just a quick story to tell how passionate Ms. Kirtrell is, she went out of her way to go to the store and buy our 2 boys each their own little play phones because they love the ones at school so much. Me and my wife have been truly blessed to have our kids grow up in this wonderful day care. From our kids sitting up on their own to taking their full steps, they love going to school every day because of the overwhelming love and passion for learning and care that radiates from this building. We are so blessed to say the regular staff that deals with our kids feels like family. I am happy to say my kids attend this daycare and I am so grateful to have the wonderful staff at KinderCare watch our children and feel like family. Shout out to miss Kc as well, my kids LOVE her!
