Love dr nachnani he really listens and explains Dx well and can figure out any health problem fast

Front office staff is RUDE! They act like they are doing you a favor to let you see or make an appointment with your Dr. Have had calls from myself and from my pharmacy NOT returned after leaving message on top of message and have been hung up on by Front staff. I have never been rude or unkind to anyone in this office but there is definitely a cancer of attitude in this office. Dr's are great but you have to work through the landmines of the front desk workers to get through.

After going to many different doctors, I finally had my problems diagnosed by Dr. Anil Nachnani. He has never gotten upset at me when some medications had to be changed 7 times. He is an encouraging and kind doctor. God has helped me so much through Dr. Anil Nachnani.

I had an appointment with wendy a nurse practitioner i had a very sore shoulder she sent me down stairs for an xray i got a call from her office the next day and was told i did not have a torn rotater cup but i will get you a referral for a mir and its been 3 weeks and no call and i keep calling but there always on the other line

Quality of care is great, I think.but frequent changes in PAs are concerning. I have been to this clinic four times in 18 months and am on my third PA. Never been seen by Dr Nachnani. I find out about the PA leaving when I show up for my scheduled appt, only to find someone has forgotten/overlooked/failed to call me to tell me or ask if I could re-schedule. Because their PA left, not because of anything I did. Last time this happened, another PA could see me anyway. This time I had to come back the next day or wait a week. Not sure what the issue here iswhy the PAs leave and/or why someone cant call and let me know that my appt will be with someone else. Definitely a break down somewhere and I just hope it doesnt extend to the quality of care. Will definitely be keeping my eye on this situation.
