I recently had a dental procedure done at Indian Lake Family Dental. I was very impressed with the level of care I received. The staff was very professional, courteous, and friendly. They made me feel like family. I would highly recommend Indian Lake Family Dental to anyone!!!

I had trusted Indian Lake Family Dental with my care since 2019; however, this trust was misplaced. I saw Dr. Coghlan for pain on tooth #14 on November 21, 2023. He did a root canal on November 27, 2023. This has led to trigeminal neuralgia most likely caused by the root canal. I have lived daily in agony with no quality of life since then. I have had an urgent care visit, two Emergency Department visits, three ENT visits due to the hole in my sinus from the root canal, an endodontist, an oral surgeon to have the tooth pulled and replaced with an implant, neurology, and a neurosurgeon for neurosurgery. I have missed approximately a month of work with a substantial loss to income. I have also had to navigate this on my own with no help from Dr. Coghlan. When I called and told them about the pain, I was written off and told that was not within his scope. My recommendation would be to steer clear of this practice unless you wish to suffer daily pain and a loss of income.
