Ive had a hard time recently and decided to treat myself to getting my hair done, my Ulta was booked but this Ulta wasnt. I made the appt no problem and received the quote of $165.
I drove to the store, about 30 min and walked in just before my 2:30 appt. I was told by multiple associates that they were going to tell my stylist I had arrived. It took about 10 min for her to come and greet me. She ushered me to her chair and quickly began telling me all the things that were wrong with my hair. She pulled my hair out of my pony tail and roughly tugged it around.
She then told me my hair would cost nearly $100 more and said it was due to the olaplex treatment I hadnt requested.
I told her I wasnt prepared to spend that much and she promptly said okay, then you have a nice day. Didnt offer me another option or ask if I was interested in a different service.
She clearly didnt want to service me and had no interest in helping me.
I left in tears.
My stylist was called Abreea, she has a lot of nice reviews here and thats fantastic for all those women who received her kindness and her skills. I just wasnt one of them and I genuinely dont know why.
I will not return to this Utla.
