Had a great experience with the staff and Dr Murphy. The dental hygienist was wonderful. I have a new crown and a new dentist!

I have been going here for years. Always has been a pretty good experience. However recently I started going to the one off Merchants. I have gone the last two times to pay for my cleanings. I use cash. They never said they do not take cash. However they "cannot make change." I told the receptionist the first time, that I pay in cash and if you can't make change you shouldn't accept cash and you should let people know before hand. Next time, I went to pay in cash and they could not make change and she asked if I would be fine with a credit on my account. I said yes so there is an 8 $ credit on my account. You can keep this as a parting gift because I will not be back. Only because of my history with Dr Goodman (who is no longer there to my knowledge) is why it is a 3 star not a 1 star review.

Made an appointment over the phone a month ago and then showed up to be told my appointment was never made. The lady at the front was rude and didnt offer to do anything but schedule another appointment for a couple weeks out. Could atleast own up to their mistake. Ive been a patient for several years and will not be returning.

Ive been going to this office for a while, never had any issues and was very satisfied until my appointment about 6 months ago. i had some work done and went home perfectly fine until i experienced some discomfort and pain, didnt think much of it. weeks go by and the pain worsens, i tried to get a hold of someone to see what was going on, left messages for my dentist, nothing. occasionally i would get a missed call and call back, to which the receptionists would respond with nobody ever called you. I would just say okay and go on about my business waiting for calls i would supposedly never receive although i have the caller id that says they called. same thing over and over again so i gave up. my pain just continued to get worse and worse until i just couldnt bear it anymore and went to a different location, this new dentist pulled the 6 month old x-rays and found something the old dentist failed to tell me about at all, now there is so much damage to the tooth after that 6 months of being dismissed and not taken seriously for this pain.
