        Called today 6-27 at 12:40pm and asked if they would be willing to work on my x series propane kohler walk behind (can't find any shops to work on it because it's propane) and was told yes bring it so I drove 2 hours and arrived about 3:30 walked in and told them I had called and was here to drop off my mower and was told they are not taking any more mowers at the time. I understand miscommunications happen but the man told me you guys had a company meeting and was told not to take any more to work on. Over 4 hours of the day wasted because all the staff wasn't informed during the "company meeting".
