Elizabeth Beaver my Landlord and myself want to thank Pat Davis for his quick response to my burst pipe. Pat got here the afternoon he was called. He got my water back on and started repairs and returned the next day to finish up. It was no small job and considered the work load in these subzero temps I feel especially fortunate he got here so quick. He was professional and cleaned up after he completed the work. Thanks again.
