Fast and friendly service. Associates are great in getting drivers check in and out fast. You have to call phone number that posted on the door of the facility or sometimes they will come out early morning and get your info for check in. Less then hour ; maybe hour and half wait no more then 2. Usually pretty fast service. You will drive into the street blindside to the docks but there is a lot to left to turn around so you can sight side. Have to back up in dock off a semi busy street. Just watch out for impatient drivers that will try to squeeze by you as you are backing into the dock. As a driver thanks for valuing our time and being great at what you do!!

Delivery appointment time Friday @ 12:00 pm. Arrived at 5:00 am, checked in at 7:00, and got a door instantly. You can park overnight on the street or in a lot around the corner (FW LOT A). Out with paperwork by 8:15am AMAZING! (full loaded 53' trailer). All the people there were very nice and willing to help. Blind side backing to the doors, but If you don't like that, keep driving a little forward and you'll find an ample lot on your left after the railroad bridge. Turn around over there, and problem solved. Maybe it was my lucky Friday, but it seems to be usual for these people to work on your load earlier than your appointment time if they are not busy. The logistics industry needs more places and people like them. WAY TO GO GUYS!! Thank you!

Good people here. No problem at all. If you don't want to blindside or pull into the parking lot across from the doors, just ride down the road slowly and you will see an open lot on your left. It looks like someone ran through the fence. Pull in there. Plenty of room to turn around.

They were great, I got unloaded quickly. You may have to blind side in, but they were a joy to work with
