Good location, needs more parking spots. Ran out of spots in the evening. Decent breakfast.

We have used this Home2 Suites since it was built and had always liked it. Unfortunately it has started a quick decline in service and condition. Our latest stay found the office staff extremely rude and unhelpful and our room was unclean and very worn. One last thought. If a hotel wishes to allow dogs, please keep them on the first floor. Riding in an elevator with someones pet is not acceptable.

Well first night we had partying under age kids next door to us. I had to knock on the door and ask the front desk to do something about it. The grilling area had a group of people hoarding it for the entire afternoon and left broken glass all over the place which once again I had to say something. Management should be checking and kick people out that are mistreating the area that everyone should share. I would not stay here again. I would recommend the Marriott across the street. The only salvation is the front desk people were fantastic. Management crack down on these people.

We waited for a room for 2.5 hours while they "deep cleaned the whole floor." The desk clerk offered us this justification without providing any further information.
