        NEVER BANK HERE!!!!!!!! Manager Sean and customer service agent Amy,both highly belligerent and unprofessional, disrespectful losers,I have been a prime customer amd member of this bank for 6 years,and this is how they treat me,so imagine how they will treat a brand ne2 customer,early they have no morals,amd especially no code of ethics! In fact it debatable as to whether or not either Sean or Amy can even spell that word,I would not recommend this bank to anyone unless you would like your money stolen ,constantly messed up transactions, then given a very hard time,for trying to correct the event yourself since no one else even has the common decency,to assist the matter themselves. NOT EVEN ONE STAR RATING. THE END ! BYE FELICIA!!! SLASH SEAN AND AMY INCOMPETENT FOOLS..............

      We are certainly upset to see this 1-Star review. We did go back to listen to the conversations to verify the information above. You can understand that we can not go into details on the state of your account, but accounts must be in good standing to continue the relationship. We understand from the conversations that you discussed your issues with 4 people and the recordings found nothing out of the ordinary in terms of service level or any representative being out of line. They were merely stating the options that are necessary to get your account back in good standing according to policy. I apologize for that we were unable to come to a conclusion that would have kept the relationship going but we certainly appreciate you and hope for good things in the future as it pertains to your finances.
