        I cancelled my insurance acc on nov 15 2018 . I noticed on January 9 2019 that they still charging me for the service even i requested it to be cancelled. They pulled over 700$ out of my bank . I filled a complain with BBB .

        I have had my insurance with this insurance agency for several years. The team at Greater Nashville Insurance is very easy to work with and they are very helpful. I had a claim this past November, and had no issues whatsoever with the process. I highly recommend them!

        Greater Nashville Insurance Group is a pleasure to work with. I was in an accident with a tractor trailer in the Spring of 2017. They worked with me through out the entire process to make sure that I was 100% taken care of. I noticed my wheel was bent 6 months after the accident, they filed the claim and I was able to get a new wheel and tire! Highly recommend.
