Absolutely the best loan officer I have ever worked with!!! She was able to identify issues within a few hours of looking at my loan and work proactively to solve a difficult hurdle and proceed to a smooth closing and I couldnt be more grateful and blessed. As a first time homebuyer I was very quickly overwhelmed over every little thing. Kelley was by far the most professional and helpful person I couldve ever imagined. I always had a bunch of ridiculous question and she gladly walked me through this process step by step and made it almost carefree. She was wonderful and I strongly recommend her. I will definitely be coming back to her if the need ever arises.
