        Generally, RPM took care of issues, but usually it took multiple requests and the status of a referral to an technician or outside service provider was rarely provided without us following up 203 weeks after making the initial request. I am not sure if they have too much property under management or just are not proactive in communication, but that was the primary frustration we experienced.

        They did not do a pre-move in check list when acquiring a property into their portfolio. This resulted in undocumented damages that they blamed all damages on us (and not the prior tenant of 15 years). They also didnt have the home ready for move in (water was shut off and we were still expected to pay rent for an unliveable home). Avoid them if you can
