    Stayed for four weeks due to company trip. Room is nice but highly doubt its clean based on my experience. Every four days bedding is supposed to be changed along with light clean to the room. I had a hair tie on the bathroom floor for two weeks, it shows the bathroom doesnt get cleaned. The first night I was here, I got food on the sheet. It is evident changing the bed only happens if you do it yourself. I asked a previous night for the bedding to be changed, and it wasnt. So I asked for the materials and did it myself on week 3. Due to the amount of comments about some staff being hostile, clearly the company doesnt want to change or better the customer experience. I have seen a few hostile exchanges which is completely unprofessional. No matter what the customer does, it is not up to employees to meet customers with attitude. Understandably it can be very frustrating, but needs to be internalized and dealt with with at a later time.

    I was indecisive whether I wanted to leave a review or to move on but as someone who reads reviews prior to booking, Ill like to share my unpleasant experience. Mr. Russel (front desk associate) racially profiled me and from the many hotels Ive booked, Ive never dealt with such discrimination. Simply be aware that if you are young and especially a minority, your stay will be questioned! Since then, Ive reached out to Hilton Honors customer service and after lots of emailing back and forth, my problem was heard. This locations defense of profiling me was because, their words and I quote, there is an apartment complex down the street where kids sneak into the hotel to use the pool table. Mind you, I had entered from the side door (which requires a digital key) around 10pm on a Sunday How would apartment kids be able to enter without a key? Mr. Russel literally called me out and demanded I show him my ID, which room number I was staying in, etc etc etc. Even threatened me with calling the police if I was deemed trespassing, wow! Im sure if I was older and not a minority, I wouldnt have been questioned but unfortunately this is the world we live in. Ha! Also fun fact - the cameras within the premises allegedly only have video, no audio! Thank you and I hope my review helps! Stay safe!

    Customer service is extremely lacking. Rooms are small and noisy. If youre smart you will stay somewhere else. Youve been warned.one star is too much. Noteworthy details: Dont he here. 1 star is too much. Called Hilton honors with no reply. All round bad place to stay.

    If I could give a zero star I would. I was in visiting a friend from out of state and I was standing waiting for him to open the lobby door and he was just laying back on his phone completely unaware of his surroundings, I called my friend to come down to let me in because the front desk manager his name is RUSSEL was not opening the door because he was so distracted on his phone. We finally got in and accused me of tresspassing? So much more happened with that man hes a horrible racist man what a way to represent the hotel.!! So disappointed!!
