Where do I start, Eberley first off is the most kindest lady youll ever meet. My daughter seeked her out since I lived of in the Gatlinburg area, she would keep me posted on places that were around my budget sending all kinds of information on everything she would find. I rented a Airbnb in Lynchburg which I fell in love with but wasnt for sale sadly. Eberly would take me to a few places a few times a week, and would have everything ready about the place we would be looking at, she was very knowledgeable about the questions I had and if we came to one we couldnt figure out she would reach out to find out the answer. It was so nice working with Eberley. We finally found a nice place and put a bid on it and got it. All the closing procedures went so fast and smooth she had everything set up and it was a very smooth and fast closing, its coming to almost a year now owning the home my father and I, and I would 100% use and recommend Eberely to everyone, Looking for someone to help you find your home or land call Eberely you will not regret it.
