        Poor experience throughout. Took the car in on a Thursday and was told it would not be a problem to get it looked at that day. Had to call multiple times, on multiple days, before I was told that they wouldnt look at it till Monday. Needed two things looked at and was told that one wasnt a problem, even though the car still shakes like crazy, and the other one was going to be $2,000 which as soon as I started asking questions went up about $500. Could not get a straight answer when I tried to get more details on splitting out the total repair cost. The only saving positive were the ladies upfront, who are very polite.

        Theres a reason this place is always busy. Ive trusted 2 repair shops my whole life, Dans is one of them. Turnaround times can be excessive, but they are highly recommended, and stay busy.
