        I rented online and when I arrived to the office it was closed. I left a message online and received a call from Sheila from the Canyon location. She helped me complete the necessary paper work via email. Assigned me a unit and got me all set up. When I arrived to the unit, it was locked. Sheila drove from canyon to Amarillo to unlock it for me! Shelia deserves a raise! She has been more than helpful.

        Im so happy I ran across this storage center. Nice, Clean and convenient. The lady that was working today, Kathy, was so very kind and professional. She took the time to hear my needs, make sure I was going to be in 2 units close together and in a safe place. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone who may need a storage unit. I believe that Kathy is the true meaning of Customer Service. Thank you Kathy and U-Store-It for making my life easier and better.
