The renovated apartments look nice, though my unit doesnt have the built in table that the 3D model of the room pretends. Its nice having a washer/dryer but like others noted you gotta get used to your room shaking a bit. Maintenance (shoutout Jay) is quick and they seem to address concerns pretty quickly. Well see as my AC just went out :/ Roaches. Good god they live all over the trash units which are really close to the rooms. Same breed is all over my complex, cant believe Ive gotten used to them. The lil traps they have arent working. Ive just learned to not have ANYTHING on the floor. But for the PRICE? which has gone up 30% in a few years? My neighbors are paying 850 and 950 and 1200 for the same or similar units. This place is worth 900 maybe. But theyre charging a couple hundred more than that and I dont think thats justified.

Moved in three weeks ago, to a newly renovated apartment here...Got here, woman who was supposed to give me keys was on her second vacation in 2 weeks. As a result I had to wait until 2:00pm to even start moving things in. Washer, and dryer was basically for display . They werent connect when I got here, nor was there even proper outlets for them...When I finally did get them going, washer wasnt installed properly and shakes against the walls. Apparently was fixed, but I have yet to do a load of wash that doesnt shake the entire unit. I still have an extension cord going across my kitchen for the washer. First time I turned on the stove it shot up sparks, and shorted out on me. Theres absolutely no spot for cable connection. guessing Im going to have to pay for the outlet to be installed as well... Whenever I text, call, or ask for help, or service I hardly get a response. I would not recommend anyone consider moving in here.
