Why I give 1 star ? Because there is no 0 star!!! What I want to mention to you is that the company charging fee no transparent. They deposit 200 dollars from me and said the finally fee depending on what problem on earth. I think they send an engineer and find the problem is reasonable, it should be within 200 dollars. At last, the engineer told me the refrigerator is good, I need not use a long plug , 5 minutes later he left, but they charge me 58 dollars more and did not inform me. I think it is a bad experience, why they did not charge me 1 million? And they can retire all! So be careful to tell them your credit card information, it is tooooo dangerous!

Fraud alert. STAY AWAY. The entire company is horrendous to work with. They installed two combo ovens improperly, charged my credit card without authorization (bank honored the charge back), service tech creeps around the restaurant eating your food and racking up hours never fixing the problem. The staff is belligerent and untrustworthy. Terrible all around.
