I would not recommend this business to anyone who wishes quality, on-time delivery, and promptness. Unfortunately, I did not get a choice as they are the sub-contractors for DR Horton. I have had to deal with this group on 3 separate occasions and they new show up on time, never called to reschedule or apologize and act as though it is my problem that their workmanship and quality are poor. Take your business elsewhere as you will grow old and waste time working with this crew. Services: Floor tile installation, Plumbing fixture installation

Well here it is 5p on my scheduled repair day...I have been waiting for this appointment now for 20 days. My confirmation says to expect someone between 8a - 5p because there are no appointments, ok sure fine. My confirmation made me acknowledge that someone will text 1 hour prior to arrival. Again it is past the time window and I still haven't recieved a text, phone call, email, smoke signal or any communication whatsoever. I called at 4p to be transferred to an office in Dallas to let me know the local office was closed but they'd get a message to someone to contact me. If the office is already closed, I guess I have to just wait until after my scheduled appointment to hear from someone. Horrible way of doing business. I wish Google didn't allow a single star because this company doesn't deserve even one.
