Bound Insurance

We've been using Bound for 10 years+ but recently their customer service has dropped tremendously. They no longer evaluate or shop different policies for you to review different prices or coverage. If you've been with one vendor - they stick with that same vendor at every renewal. They also don't notify you of any missed or late payments on your account. This happened to us (never has happened in 10 years) recently. The payment was late (due to their mistake) and we were dropped from our car insurance without any notification from their team. When we went to reinstate the policy the team took zero accountability for the error and charged me a late fee. You're better off working directly with the insurance company for more visibility, easier payment methods and access to coverage details. Super disappointed in the customer service. If you decide to work with them avoid Cindy and ask for their management team - they did a great job trying to resolve the issue.

Had a bit of an emergency with insurance, and was referred to this agency. Called them first thing in the morning, and they had a resolution way before the end of day. Great customer service!

Just called Bound Insurance to add another vehicle to my policy. I've dealt with these folks for over a year and have had several vehicle changes during that time (I have teenage drivers). They are fantastic - they are always available and they handle my requests in minutes rather than in days.
