        It's definitely a great deal and an efficient place to get a laser treatment. I'm having grateful results. However, for a place that is strict on their time policy, it's really irritating when they take you 10min late... especially after showing up early (I showed up way early). If I had shown up at the time they took me they would have marked me as a no show.

        It has been such a wonderful experience having laser hair removal with Brandie at Simplicity Laser in the North Austin clinic. She is such a professional with the best vibe! Brandie explains the whole process of what is happening and what will happen over the course of the treatments, which really helps with your understanding and to manage expectations. I've had 6 treatments done on my legs and I'm loving my results so far! I highly recommend Simplicity Laser.

        Costumer service is very poor. I think they are more interested in the volume of people they want to have. The time to schedule or reschedule an appointment is very limited. If for some reason you are late 5 minutes and you have a treatment for several areas of your body, they will not treat one of your areas cause they don't take a break between one costumer and another. Expect a quick treatment and without much care if it is giving results or not.

        Ive been visiting Simplicity for about a year now and the professionalism is always top notch. Im always recommending my friends to come here. Brandie is new to the team but she is very thorough and detailed with her work and gave me one of the best services since Ive been coming here. Get a 6 session package on an area that youve been dealing with excess hair/razor burn/ingrown hairs and youll be obsessed with the results and will probably end up with a membership like I do!
