        Their electric carts are always out of battery an its hard to get around with my prosthetic leg but other than that everything is fine

        An embarrassing establishment. They don't greet you courteously, more as if you're a nuisance. Also their management seems to care less about proper dress code. Men in jeans and baseball caps, women with 5 inch nails tapping away on the counter. Just kills their credibility and trustworthyness.

        The manager Joe Brewster likes to make rules up as he goes. The conversation started out it being against policy to do what I had asked (only this 1 HEB has said policy) and turned into he would be able to do it if I paid cash, but that they didnt even have the medicine. That I could reach out to another HEB and maybe theyd handle it for me. Its apparently not against their policy. I then mentioned how crazy the situation was, and he said I wouldnt know its not my feelings. For someone that claims to be such a people person on their LinkdIn, he sure was a d!ck. If youre forced to use this HEB pharmacy, do everything you can to steer clear from Joe.
