        I've been going to this Whataburger for years, and it use to have really fast service with the drive thru not getting backed up. Once covid hit, that's when everything got really slow. Even now post covid, the lines still get long and wait times can be up to 30 minutes in the drive thru. Another reason might be because everyone and their mother are moving to Austin! They rarely mess up my order, so that's why I'll still give this location a 4 star.

        Curbside from the app 2:15 pm May 4th 2022, Southern Bacon Double, onion rings, chocolate malt. Outstanding!! Prepared & cooked to perfection. Love this new burger!!

        Not keen on one star reviews. Seems extreme. But this earned a one star. Not busy dining room at all. Food took a while and arrived cold. Burger was dry and chewy. $2.50 medium fries were soggy and the container was half filled anyway. Its like they fished my meal out of last nights trash.

        The incompetent workers here deserve less than minimum wage. Its a 100% guarantee they will give you the wrong food 100% of the time. Also, the food is far from great. Stay away from this location, or maybe all locations! I sure wont go back to any.

        This evening I used the whataburger app and ordered curbside pickup. This location didn't allow me to select curbside pickup, I had to wait in line and tell them at the speaker that I order on the app and the proceeded to tell me I had to wait in the line even though I already paid and once I got to the window my food still wasn't ready. Don't suggest using the app with this location.
